Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher, ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have the passion and vision to lead an excellent EYFS Unit?

Ladywood Primary School is seeking an exceptional early years practitioner to lead our thriving EYFS provision. This exciting role covers both Nursery (F1) and Reception (F2), providing the opportunity to make a real impact on children’s earliest learning experiences.

We are looking for a leader who:

  • Brings energy, creativity and expertise in Early Years education
  • Is committed to nurturing every child and supporting their personal development
  • Can inspire, support and develop a collaborative and caring team
  • Will drive the strategic development of our EYFS, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning
  • Builds strong, positive partnerships with parents, feeder settings, colleagues and our wider academy trust

Flexible working opportunities

Flexible working opportunities are available, staff may currently choose to take PPA in weekly or fortnightly sessions and may work remotely during this time.
