What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced early years professional who:

Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS

Is caring, creative, and enthusiastic about early education

Has leadership experience in an early-years setting

Loves the outdoors and champions nature-based learning

Knows and can implement the EYFS statutory framework confidently

Sets high expectations for teaching and learning

Embraces inclusion and is committed to raising standards

Understands safeguarding and is committed to children’s wellbeing

Supports every child to reach their full potential

Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with parents and colleagues

Is patient, flexible and adaptable

Upholds professional conduct and contributes to a strong team culture

Reflects on their practice and shows initiative
