Up to £27,934 plus £1,000 market supplement- for full time, fully qualified Early Year Supervisor

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years’ age range
  • NNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare Development
  • Ability to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the team’s ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to

Duties/responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for providing high quality childcare and education for all nursery children.
  • To assist in the day to day, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.
  • To be accountable and proactive in the smooth running of your designated area of responsibility
  • To ensure risk assessments are completed daily within your area of designated responsibility.
