What skills and experience we're looking for

An Early Years Practitioner is required to join our team to work with Reception/Nursery children. We are seeking an excellent candidate who has recent experience of working in an Early Years Classroom, passion and skills to support children in a busy and exciting learning environment. Candidates must be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 but ideally NVQ Level 3/NNEB or equivalent and be experienced in working with children with varied educational needs.

We are looking for people who:

  • Can think creatively and flexibly.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work well as part of a team.
