Experience and expertise in working with pupils with additional needs would be an advantage. This post is not suitable for ECTs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and nurturing Class Teacher to join our well-established Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP), supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs and EHCPs. Our ELP supports KS2 pupils in the morning and KS1 pupils in the afternoon.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful and well-established provision, working in partnership with an experienced teacher as part of a job-share arrangement. The role would suit a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a meaningful difference to the learning, development and wellbeing of pupils with additional needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing class teacher to ensure continuity, consistency and high-quality provision for the pupils.
