Exam Assistant job summary
The Exams Assistant provides high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective, secure and compliant delivery of internal and external examinations. Working closely with the Examinations Manager, the role supports examination entries, access arrangements, room preparation, examination materials, invigilation processes and the maintenance of accurate records. The postholder is responsible for handling confidential information securely, meeting examination deadlines and ensuring examination arrangements are organised efficiently and in line with awarding body and Trust requirements. Through strong organisational skills, attention to detail and collaborative working, the Exams Assistant helps deliver a fair, well-managed examination experience that enables students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and achievement.
