Exam Invigilator job summary

We are currently seeking reliable and conscientious individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our examination process. Whether you're looking for flexible, part-time work or a meaningful way to contribute to the school community, we’d love to hear from you.

You will:

  • Start, oversee and finish examinations as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of the examination venue, completion of relevant paperwork and the monitoring and management of conduct.
  • Assist and support teachers and students in the public examinations
  • Help individual students as required

Applicants must:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Be accurate and pay attention to detail
  • Be reliable
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible
