What skills and experience we're looking for

• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, observant and able to follow procedures accurately
• Able to remain calm and professional in a formal examination environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team and building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
• Reliable, punctual and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
