Exam Officer - Maternity Cover job summary

As an Exams Officer, you will play a key role in the smooth and effective running of the academy’s examination processes. You will manage examination entries and results, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with academy and awarding body requirements.

This is a 37-hour per week, term-time only position plus 2 additional weeks, working in accordance with the academy’s examination and operational requirements.

You will be a key point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and external organisations, coordinating examination arrangements, access arrangements, invigilation, communications and certificates.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
