Executive Assistant to CEO and DCEO job summary
The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic and varied workload.
Our vision is to provide a life changing education for our children and young people and ensuring that our Executive Leaders have exceptional EA support is crucial to making this vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executive leadership
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and tact
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in all matters

- Proven experience in an EA/PA role, ideally within education or a public sector setting
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital collaboration tools
