All three schools are located at the same site in Churchdown, Gloucestershire close to the M5 for easy commuting. Our strong ethos of a positive mindset underpins everything we do. Our passion to encourage a growth mind set is at the centre of what we want our young citizens to achieve, and our Learning Gem powers support everything we do. Our new executive headteacher will embody the qualities we encourage in our children including commitment, aspiration, integrity, inclusivity, creativity, compassion, and a sense of fun. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will:
• Provide strong leadership and management to drive improvement and ensure excellent education and pupil outcomes.
• Promote unity and collaboration across the federation whilst leading a shared vision for staff and parents
• Develop and implement a balanced, inclusive curriculum that meets statutory requirements and supports all pupils, including those with SEND.
• have experience of our level of SEND and learn alongside the staff as they learn to cope with the ever-changing needs of the children.
• Foster high-quality teaching practices and effective curriculum leadership to uphold teaching excellence.
• Use valid and proportionate methods to assess and monitor progress for continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and actively engage in the wider community through school functions and events.
• Review and monitor strategic plans and school improvement initiatives to align with federation goals.
• Support the federation's objectives by embracing additional duties as required.
