What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful applicant will be:
- committed to the ethos and values of Catholic Education;
- a proactive and effective member of the middle leadership team;
- a strong leader of a core subject or a phase lead across the whole school;
- an excellent classroom practitioner with KS1 and/or KS2 experience;
- able to set high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour;
- skilled in the use of data and assessment techniques to raise standards;
- able to work innovatively and creatively as part of a team;
- willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life.
