Extended Services Assistant ( Breakfast Club) job summary
Miers Court Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Extended Services Assistant (Breakfast club) to join the Wrap Around Care Department, to start from 27th August 2026.
We are excited to bring wraparound care provision in house at Miers Court Primary School and are recruiting for several roles. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Extended Services Assistant to join our fun and supportive team, providing high-quality care for children aged 4-11. The successful candidate will work to a consistently high standard and contribute to a safe, engaging, and positive educational environment through effective supervision, structured activities, and a nurturing approach, playing an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing within a forward-thinking setting.

This is a Part time, Permanent role, Term Time Only, paid on the NJC PAY SCALE E2 point 2-3 (FTE £24,413.00 - £24,796.00 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £3,034.46 - £3,082.06 per annum) The post's salary will increase to the NJC pay scale once the 2026 pay award has been agreed.
The working pattern will consist of 5 hours 30 minutes per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am - 8.30am and Friday 7am - 8am
