As EYFS Lead, you will provide clear educational vision and direction, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning that secures strong outcomes for all children. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the strategic development of Early Years, embedding high expectations, robust assessment and a culture of continuous improvement. You will empower your team through strong systems, professional development and inspirational leadership, modelling excellence in practice and fostering a shared commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and achievement.
