- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and inspired to achieve their potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Assess, track, and celebrate children’s progress, ensuring learning is personalised and purposeful.
About You:
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
- A reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for child development and early education.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Committed to inclusion, creativity, and continuous professional growth.
- Energetic, flexible, and eager to contribute to a supportive, community-focused team.
