Family Liaison Officer job summary
Oakgrove School has a very exciting opportunity to appoint a dedicated member of staff to work with families of students who have low attendance at school.
They will be responsible for liaising with parents and teachers, along with other relevant departments, arranging work when required. They will also be required to provide support to the attendance team as needed. The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisation skills as they may need to support multiple students and their families at once. This role also requires a calm and professional yet approachable manner.
The ideal working pattern for this position is 8.00 - 13.00 Monday to Friday though there may be some flexibility in this. Term Time with mandatory training days paid in addition to salary.
The successful candidate should be willing to undertake any necessary training.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for home visits is required for this role.
