Family Support Worker and DDSL job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker and DDSL to join our dedicated team at Elements Academy.
Working alongside the Family Support Manager and the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will work to promote and develop good relationships with students, parents and carers to proactively identify the needs and support required by students and their families.
You will support the DSL in referrals to the LADO and support the DSL in liaising with the case manager and LADO for child protection concerns.
