Family Support Worker job summary

Applicants should be an experienced Family Support Worker who is committed, hardworking and enthusiastic. They should be able to drive and have their own car.

We can offer applicants a happy and welcoming school, friendly staff and a supportive leadership team.

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of:

  • monitoring and improving pupil's attendance
  • experience of working with parents to engage in the children's education
  • experience and strategies for improving attendance
  • visit families in their homes to offer support and signpost families to appropriate services facilitating improved access and support to specialist services
  • is passionate about supporting children.
