The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation consists of Greenfield Nursery School and Hurst Drive Primary School, serving a diverse community of children and families. We are proud of our strong ethos of inclusion, high expectations, and collaborative approach, which ensures every child can thrive and succeed.
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and strategic professional who can lead and manage the Federation's business functions, including finance, administration, human resources, premises, and health and safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Executive Headteacher, Governors, and senior leaders to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Federation.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued development of our Federation and to work alongside a dedicated team of staff who are passionate about improving life chances for children and families.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who:
- Has substantial experience in business, finance or operational management.
- Possesses excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Has strong leadership and people management experience.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Is able to think strategically while remaining attentive to operational detail.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Builds positive relationships with staff, governors, parents and external partners.
- Works with integrity, professionalism and discretion.
- Shares our commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all children.
Experience of working within an educational setting is desirable, although candidates with transferable skills from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
