Finance Assistant job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the smooth operation of financial processes within our outstanding School. Working closely with colleagues in Finance team, and wider support staff, you will be operating and monitoring all school accounts and budgets, ensuring the safe receipt and handling of any cash (limited) and the reconciliation of transactions. Completing administrative routines relating to orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll and the receipt and distribution of goods and services. As part of a busy, friendly, hardworking support team, you may also be required to undertake general office, reception and administrative duties, as required.

This post is all year round, working at least three days per week, however there is some flexibility in working patterns.
