What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Assistant to join our Admin team.
Key responsibilities include
- Finance Administration
o Placing orders for goods and services, receipting goods and paying invoices.
o Issuing sales invoices and monitoring payment
o Banking reconciliation
- HR Administration
o New Starters, Leavers & Contract Changes
o Processing staff expenses claims, timesheets and staff absences.
- Administration
o Answering the telephone, greeting visitors
o Office cover
o Updating the school website
