Windsor Girls’ School are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to support the Finance Manager.
Previous experience of working on a school would be advantageous, however full training will be provided. This is a permanent role, 25 hours a week term time only plus one week.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Purchase ledger: place and process orders in line with established financial procedures and advise staff on how to achieve cost effective use of the schools budget, process purchase invoices, create payments, download invoices, send remittances, file documentation and deal with queries.
Set up and account for ParentPay items.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist with year-end reconciliations/schedules/analysis.
Windsor Girls’ School is part of Windsor Learning Partnership which includes The Windsor Boys’ School, Dedworth Middle School, Dedworth Green First School, Clewer Green CofE First School and Oakfield First School.
