Food Technology Teacher job summary
We are delighted to offer this excellent opportunity to join the Orchardside Team as our Food Technology teacher. We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent Food Technology teacher at secondary phase.
Has the ability to offer a second subject if possible.
Is passionate about children’s progress and achievement.
Has excellent pastoral skills and empathy, particularly in developing effective working relationships in supporting children who have behavioural, learning, emotional and social difficulties.
Can re-motivate and enthuse students to enable them to make progress in all areas of their lives.
Is able to work as part of a team, sharing excellent practice and learning from others.
Works hard and has strong inter-personal skills.
Is committed to the moral, social, cultural and spiritual development of children.
Has resilience and a well-developed sense of humour.
