General Teaching Assistant (GTA)
There is a possibility of HLTA to be included as part of the 30 hpw for the right candidate who holds a HLTA qualification.

We are looking for a General Teaching Assistant to work with and support children within our school. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team who put children first, providing the very best education. Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we need additional Teaching Assistant support to ensure our children receive the very best education, both socially and academically.
The successful candidate will:
have excellent communication and organisational skills
be committed to working as part of a team
be flexible and able to use their initiative
have a cheerful disposition and a sense of humour
be patient and calm
Possession of a first aid qualification and experience of working with children with SEND are desirable but not essential.
Visits to the school are encouraged and an informal discussion with the Headteacher is welcomed. Please ring the school office to arrange.
