We are seeking a highly organised and professional Governance Support and Central Operations Administrator to join our Central Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and administrative skills to provide governance support to the schools within our Trust, including attending and clerking panels, whilst also supporting the day to day operations of the Trust’s central team. 


The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting governance and panel processes, attending and clerking a variety of panels across our schools, accurately recording proceedings and providing administrative support to ensure these operate effectively and in line with Trust policies and procedures. Alongside these responsibilities the postholder will provide administrative support to the Head of Central Operations and Central Team Leaders, helping to ensure the efficient day to day running of Trust administrative functions.  

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have proven experience of accurately taking minutes in formal meetings or panels and be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating professionally at all levels. Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. Confidentiality and discretion must be adhered to at all times, alongside a demonstration of commitment to delivering high quality administrative support.  

 

Full training will be provided to equip the successful candidate with the knowledge and skills required to support governance processes and panel administration effectively.
