We are seeking a highly organised and professional Governance Support and Central Operations Administrator to join our Central Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting governance and panel processes, attending and clerking a variety of panels across our schools, accurately recording proceedings and providing administrative support to ensure these operate effectively and in line with Trust policies and procedures. Alongside these responsibilities the postholder will provide administrative support to the Head of Central Operations and Central Team Leaders, helping to ensure the efficient day to day running of Trust administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail. Confidentiality and discretion must be adhered to at all times, alongside a demonstration of commitment to delivering high quality administrative support.
Full training will be provided to equip the successful candidate with the knowledge and skills required to support governance processes and panel administration effectively.
We will play to your strengths and can offer you:

- A range of benefits which include cycle to work, free parking and an employee discount scheme.
- A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition.
- Annual Conference for all colleagues across the Trust.
