We are looking to appoint a Head of Design and Technology who is not just passionate about DT themselves, but also about instilling an appreciation of the joy of DT in the students we proudly serve.

We are looking for an excellent Head of Department, or someone looking to step up to that level for the very first time, to complement our brilliant team and to continue to drive results and the development of our pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has leadership potential, complemented by strong management and communication skills

• Has the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision for enhancing standards within the department

• Can spearhead the design, implementation, and management of an exceptional curriculum that maximizes student progress and achievement
• Is a committed and outstanding teacher with a strong background in Design and Technology
• Has a creative mindset, combined with the drive and determination to achieve outstanding outcomes for all students
