Head of People job summary
Job context
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People will support the development and management of a comprehensive people function to the Trust, providing leadership of all people related governance and compliance requirements.
The Head of People is responsible for the operational delivery of the Trust’s People Strategy and the enabling People Action Plan. They will do this by building and leading the People Team, providing operational and tactical oversight on the various portfolios which sit under the People Function, providing credible and effective People/OD support to the CEO and Board.
