We are excited to be able to advertise this fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join our dynamic leadership team from September 2022.
As a Maritime Head of School you will work with the Executive Headteacher to lead the Featherby Partnership of Schools initially for at least one year to cover maternity leave, after this you may be deployed at a different school in the Trust, depending on need.

They are inspiring, engaging and committed and therefore our next Head of school will combine an academic ambition with a commitment to inclusion whilst bringing the wisdom to balance change with continuity and consolidation where all members of the school community can flourish.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced school leader who is looking to move to the next stage in their leadership career. If you are an experienced Deputy Headteacher looking for your first Head of School post, you will get the support and direction from an experienced Executive Headteacher, Medway Network of schools and Trust Education team to help give you the best start possible.
