• Pay scale: Grade 7 (NJC SCP 19-25) £28,535 - £32,364 actual salary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an outstanding non-teaching Head of Year to join our Pastoral team. You will need to be a practitioner with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate students. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and be a strong team player and above all else, you will need to be ‘Dedicated to Excellence’ in all that you do.
