About Birkbeck Primary School

Birkbeck is a large, 3 form entry local authority school and nursery located in the heart of Sidcup in the London Borough of Bexley.

The school is three-form entry up to and including Year 4 and will be at full capacity by 2025/26. The recently completed expansion works have provided us with a beautiful building, enhancedlandscaped areas, a new library and a brand-new outdoor learning environment for Reception pupils.

We have a good mix of experienced, accomplished teachers and together we are focussed on developing confident, successful children with a natural love of learning, through setting high aspirations and an inspirational curriculum where everybody is valued.
