An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen, following the retirement of our current Headteacher, the governors of Eastover Primary School are seeking to appoint a visionary, highly motivated and experienced leader who will lead the school on a journey of excellence whilst providing the best possible education and experiences for all the children at the school.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

  • Can lead by example, providing strong leadership and strategic direction.

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect and collaboration.

  • Set ambitious standards for pupils and staff, promoting excellence.
