What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a visionary Headteacher who will:

  • lead and develop our dedicated staff team

  • secure the best possible outcomes for every child in our nursery and infant setting
  • champion our school values and strong community partnerships
  • have the knowledge and ability to maintain the values and inclusive nature of Brightside
  • work closely with the governing body to deliver our strategic vision

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring headteacher ready for their first headship or an experienced deputy looking to take the next step into leadership. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with strong early years and key stage 1 experience who are keen to grow into headship in a supportive and forward-thinking school.
