EARLS BARTON PRIMARY SCHOOL Headteacher required for September 2021 GROUP 4 - Starting salary range: Points 18 to 24 Earls Barton Primary School is an established village primary school that operates under a clear, shared vision and is an integral part of the community. We are very proud of our inclusive, caring and supportive environment which nurtures children, enabling them to feel safe, motivated & develop an enjoyment of learning. All children are challenged and encouraged to think creatively. At Earls Barton Primary we believe that children learn best when they are able to take ownership of their learning and are inspired by the subject matter. This was recognised in March 2018 when the school was judged good by Ofsted. The current head & senior leaders have continued to build on this platform. We are looking for an inspirational and strategic leader, to work alongside our talented and successful leadership team to build on our achievements and further improve our high standards. Our ideal candidate will be a successful senior leader with a breadth of experience and a passion for outstanding teaching and learning across the primary key stages. The role requires a dynamic, ambitious individual who can build upon the current strategy and achievements.
