Headteacher job summary

Governors of Fleet Wood Lane School are seeking a passionate, inspirational and motivated Headteacher to lead our school community and build on the strengths and success of the school.

As our new Headteacher, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to use these to engage and motivate staff, parents, children, and the wider community.
• The drive and ability to raise standards for all through a diverse and rich curriculum.
