Longnor School is fortunate in being situated in a beautiful part of Shropshire, approximately 10 miles south of Shrewsbury and is in the heart of the village. The site is generous with a separate Forest School area, outdoor classroom, tepee, climbing wall, pond, garden and willow maze. The school has been refurbished throughout and is a lovely space to work in with good sized classrooms, a large hall and generous digital resources.

Longnor School has a long tradition of providing a nurturing and supportive environment in which children have a voice and are offered a broad, innovative and creative curriculum. The school’s ethos is central to its success and prioritises respect and personal development as a means of enabling the individual child to flourish. Longnor children are expected to become independent, aspirational and high achieving individuals who are developing the confidence to contribute positively to their community and to the wider world.
