We are seeking a leader whose passion and experience demonstrates:
- A commitment to securing strong outcomes for all learners.
- Leading, supporting, and upskilling school staff to consistently deliver an innovative and challenging curriculum.
We are looking for candidates with experience of the following
- Experience of leading a school as a Headteacher.
- Successful design and implementation of whole-school development projects that have delivered a high-impact improvement on school-wide pupil outcomes.
Qualifications Essential
- Qualified teacher status
- Degree
- Evidence of professional development linked to headship and leadership (e.g., Masters Level qualification)
- Leadership qualifications (e.g., NPQH)
