What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to the Headteacher at The Willink to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher and the wider Senior Leadership Team.

This is a key role within the school and would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, is able to manage competing priorities and has excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be someone who can work with discretion and professionalism, build positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external agencies, and ensure that the Head Teacher is supported effectively in the day-to-day running of the school.
