Headteacher Vacancy at Danesfield CoE Middle School job summary
West Somerset Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a new Headteacher who embodies our core
values and will work tirelessly to ensure every child receives a first-class education and reaches their
full potential. We seek a dynamic and inspirational leader who recognises the faith element of our
school, and will have the ambition to drive for the highest academic standards and will ensure a rich,
happy and stimulating environment for our children
To be considered for this role candidates must be an effective and dynamic leader with a proven track
record in school improvement; possessing real gravitas and presence within a school community.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate successful experience of leading and managing staff, promoting
and developing approaches to learning and have a comprehensive and confident knowledge of
delivery at Secondary or Middle Schools.
