The governing body are looking to appoint an experienced, inspirational leader who will:
- Be a passionate and exemplary leader of teaching and learning.
- Have a proven track record as an ambitious, innovative, resourceful and decisive school leader.
- Have the ability to cultivate, sustain and enhance the strong relationships with parents, staff, governors and other stakeholders.
- Be a positive and aspirational role model with excellent leadership, management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Bring proven knowledge and experience of current Ofsted guidelines and requirements.
