We are proud to offer a supportive working environment where collaboration, professional development and staff wellbeing are valued.
“Leaders remove any barriers to learning or personal development pupils may have, so all can achieve their best. Most pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) learn the same ambitious curriculum as their peers. Where pupils have complex needs, teachers/LSAs provide bespoke work to meet their needs.”
