The Role
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support young people on their educational journey and inspire them to break through barriers. Working primarily under the direction of the class teacher and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with their planned learning activities and educational programmes.
Working with individuals or small groups to boost confidence and understanding.
Communicating effectively with parents to establish positive, collaborative home-school relationships.
