HR Administrator job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us to assist the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR department in a large Secondary School.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a school environment and be familiar with SIMs the system used for staff at the school.
.
They should also have excellent communications skills, as some of the role does involve communication with staff and outside organisations.

The key purpose of the role is to support the Head of HR, and will include the recording and monitoring of personal information relating to sickness, DBS checks, the SCR, Occupational Health checks. Advertising, references, taking minutes of meetings. Further information can be found in the job description and person spec.

The successful candidate would be expected to be a First Aider (training provided).
