We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed HR Manager to join a team of dedicated and hardworking staff in a happy, friendly and supportive school.

The Wilnecote School is part of The Community Academies Trust which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.
We are seeking a HR Manager who will lead and support all the HR functions at The Wilnecote School, working under the direction of the Senior Leadership team and the Trust.
The successful candidate will have high expectations and a commitment creating strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate evidence of CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) alongside experience of working in a HR role at management level and confidence to use ICT. Experience of working with children and/or students is desirable and at interview, you will be able to clearly display an affinity to the pastoral care of students in school.
