About the Role About the Role The person appointed would be managing the full recruitment process and liaise with business manager. Provide HR advice and guidance, along with interpretation and implementation of employment law, terms and conditions of service and relevant policies and procedures to senior leaders and governors. Personal Qualities Are you an experienced HR Officer with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines? Yes, then we have the right job for you! We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR Officer with recruitment and employee relations experience. Good communication skills are vital as is the ability to work as part of a team and to remain calm in stressful situations. The person must be able to maintain full confidentiality. The post will be subject to a satisfactory DBS Disclosure.
