  • Leading and supporting the Inclusion Administrator and Learning Support Assistants, monitoring workloads and contributing to the effective deployment of resources across the school.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Has experience of supporting students with SEND, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Is proactive, approachable and committed to improving outcomes for young people through high-quality administrative and operational support.
