Role Overview:

As SENCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving inclusive practice, supporting staff, and ensuring children with additional needs receive the very best opportunities. About the Role:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision.
- Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act 2010, and safeguarding requirements.
- Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and support for pupils with SEND, LAC, and EAL.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
- A supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
- A commitment to staff well-being and collaborative working.
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have completed the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
- Demonstrate Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
- Display excellent communication and leadership skills.
