Invigilator job summary
Role: Invigilator
Part time - Term Time Only - Casual depending on Examination requirements (approximately 10 weeks during the academic year)
Hourly Salary (Inc. Holiday Pay): £14.18
Heyford Park School are seeking to appoint new, committed and understanding invigilators to assist with internal mock exams and the GCSE summer examination period.
No previous experience required, training will be provided for both new and experienced invigilators.
Responsibilities will include:
assisting with setting up the exams room
administering candidates’ entry and departure to and from the exam room
distributing exam papers and materials to candidates
supervising candidates at all times and being vigilant throughout exams
deal with candidate queries
return completed exam scripts and other materials to the Exams Officer
