What skills and experience we're looking for

• Selection Criteria – KS2 Teacher
• 1. Qualified teacher status.
• 2. Evidence of excellent class teaching.
• 3. Evidence of a thorough understanding of how young children learn and how you have ensured that children make very good progress.
• 4. Evidence of the ability to work as a team and to lead and manage support staff effectively.
• 5. Evidence of a genuine commitment to equal opportunities and the protection and safeguarding of all children.
• 6. Evidence of successful experience of and a commitment to the involvement of parents in the learning process.
• 7. Evidence of the ability to effectively include all children in learning.
