What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidates will:
- Have qualifications to at least A level standard with GCSE in both English and maths
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a good team player
- Be able to form a constructive rapport with students to enable them to engage successfully with learning
- Possibly have experience of working with students with who display challenging behaviour and need support with their social and emotional wellbeing.
