KS1 PHASE LEADER job summary

The Governors of Beighton Nursery Infant School wish to appoint an experienced, dedicated and flexible person to join our leadership team. Required to start in April 2022 or as soon as possible after this date.

The successful candidate will
• Be an excellent, experienced teacher with a passion for KS1
• Have experience of leading and managing a team of staff and/or project to improve pupil outcomes
• Have an excellent understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Lead on English & Maths across the key stage
• Have high expectations and a commitment to securing outstanding progress for all learners
• Have excellent interpersonal skills which motivate and inspire children to achieve their very best
• Have effective communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with all members of the school community
• Have a commitment to providing rich and challenging learning experiences across the curriculum for all children
